REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills
- Formal education in visual or product design
- Strong graphic design sensibility
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of browser-based technologies

ADDITIONAL
- Flash development skills, including actionscript
- Interaction skills and an understanding of User Centered Design principles
- Experienced in creating site architecture maps and user flows
